Netgain is a B2B SaaS company on a mission to automate accounting. As the head of marketing, I was responsible for Brand Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Partnership/Channel Marketing, Field Marketing and Customer Marketing.
Developed Netgain’s long-term and short-term strategic marketing plan. Managed the execution of the marketing plan resulting in on target revenue in 2021 and 2022 with 48% of closed won deals attributed to marketing, and a 12x increase in logos.
Managed day-to-day operations of in-house marketing team, creative agencies and freelance partners to make sure projects were completed on-time and on-budget.
Led marketing automation initiative starting the marketing team and outbound sales efforts on HubSpot, then upgraded to an enterprise-level account as we brought the sales and customer success teams into HubSpot.
Built a well-designed, high-performing WordPress site with retooled product marketing content. Optimized the website month over month to improve conversion and user experience, resulting in 12x increase in traffic.
Developed multiple campaigns to generate and capture demand through PPC, paid social and Google Ads increasing marketing sourced pipeline.
Developed inbound content strategy including blog posts, free tools and lead magnets driving thousands of top of funnel downloads with a 23% lead to opp rate. Increased search volume by 16x over 18 months and set to continue growing at a rapid rate.
Oversaw all field marketing including two annual partner conferences where several hundred prospective customers engaged with our team and saw live demos resulting in positive ROI and increased brand awareness.
Launched four new products, increasing interest and attendance with each product launch by more than 100%.
